The word Tai-Zi is translated as “Great Limit”
‘The Great Limit’ represents a harmony and interaction between everything in existence, which is best embodied in ideas of YIN and YANG. The very connection between these two energies creates a new life and everything ensuing from it. From interaction between these two opposite and complementing one another energies, everything vital is formed. This perception underlies the main philosophical conception of Tai-Zi and defines its application to all spheres of life.
Tai-Zi-Zhuang /Tai Chi/ - is a Chinese system of physical and psycho-physical exercises which is developed as a martial art as well. It can be used as prophylactic and rehabilitation system, as well as a form of meditation and relaxation. In this sense Tai-Zi-Zhuang represents an indisputable alternative against stress and overstrain, which is evidently accompanying each of us in our everyday life. Tai-Zi comprises some complexes of interactive movements creating continuity.
Many people worldwide are already aware of Tai-Zi. For some of them it is an ancient art of only one concept or idea, for others – philosophy of life, way of life, and their personal development is based on unique natural objectivity, thus giving them a chance to take better care of their psychological and physical equilibrium. On the other hand, for those having a health problem, Tai-Zi is a perfect kinesitherapy program, ensuring a well balanced state ofhealth. If exercised regularly every day, Tai Zi may postpone for a long time the activation of illness prognosis.
Tai–Chi practicing has a good effect in the following cases:
- High blood pressure
- Problems in locomotorium system
- Prostate in men and ovary problems in women
- Removal of accumulated negative emotional and mental models
- Indisputable effect against stress and overstrain
Tips

you don’t need special clothes;

you may practice in any clothing provided your movements are free;

one should not practice barefoot, light shoes or sneakers are advisable;

best time for practicing – early morning or late afternoon, when the air is best and clean for Your Spirit;

practicing is recommended before breakfast, or dinner

if possible, practice every day for 30 minutes up to one hour, but do not show impatience, your body and mind should rest in peace and harmony. Otherwise, any rashness may negatively affect the sought after goal.
